Is Pregnancy Possible Through Non-penetrative Sex?

Question: hi. on 18th february my girl friend and i were fooling around but there was no penetration, only a touching of the head of the penis and the vagina. later that month when she was supposed to get her period which was due (25th-28th), it didnt come. however, she got her period on the 5th of march a week later (we also made sure that it was a normal period and not spotting). we did a HPT and it was negative on the 5th of march. next month on the 5th of april she got her period again. we did another HPT on the 20th of arpil just to be more sure and it was negative. she also has not felt any signs of pregnancy. kindly advise on the possibility of her being pregnant.

After reading your post, I would like to inform you that pregnancy occurs when the sperms secreted by the males come in contact with the ovum of the females and fertilize it.
Mere contact of the vagina and penis doesn't result in pregnancy.
I would advise that you should use condoms to get protected from pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease.
