Question : Hi doctor,
ME and my gf were pleasuring each other with our clothes on. I was just kissing her and I did not touch her vagina at all. She was rubbing my private part but over my pants. After some time I ejaculated inside my underwear which I observed was wet from outside (The outer part of underware)while she was rubbing me over my pants. After this incident happened she went to pee. But before peeing she washed her hands with cold water without soap and that to just once. She then went for nature's call and wiped her vagina with same hand with which she was rubbing me. The incident happened on 5 March and her last periods were from 24 Feb to 28 Feb. She didn't even have i-pill

Your girlfriend cannot become pregnant by the way you have described. Without a proper penetration and ejaculation inside, pregnancy is not possible. Since she had her last periods on 24th Feb, you should wait till 24th March for her periods to start. The pain in the chest is not related to this. It can be a mild muscular pain which will subside with hot compress and a mild pain killer.

1.Hi doctor, thanks for reply,doctor as mentioned my underware was wet from outside as well on rubbing,so sperms can travel through cloth,if it passed through underware then it might have passed through pant as well while she was rubbing.her hands were smelling after she left rubbing me,so sperms might have reached her hands too,she then went to bathroom and washed her hands with cold water just once,she did not even apply soap ,she just simply washed.then she peed and after peeing used her same hand with which she was rubbing me to clean her vagina.
2.Doctor have you ever heard of such a case where by pregency occuring through this form like mentioned in my case. she did not even have i-pill as she felt nothing would happen.

Sperms do not pass through even a single layer of cloth. These do not survive on hands or on clothes. The presence of smell on the hands is due to prostatic secretions that can persist. It does not mean that there were sperms on her hands. Also, washing the hands even once washes away the sperms even if there was any.
Pregnancy does not happen in this way. I have not heard of even a single such case in the real life. I-pill is not needed.
