Question : Hello, I am really tensed with the thoughts of my gf getting pregnant. We both are of legal age but are not yet ready for this. We didn't have sex. She gave me a quick blowjob but we stopped before I ejaculated. Yet some amount of precum did came out into her mouth. Than we had a french kiss. I didn't directly licked her private part. Instead I licked my finger to make it wet and fingered her. I didn't entered my finger deep inside her. Only an inch at most.

I last ejaculated 1 day before all this and had washed my penis nicely. I had also urinated 4 to 5 times if not more before the incident(25th) and since I last ejaculated(24th).

Also she has issues of irregular periods and is on medicine since a month. She bleeded a day before the incident(23rd) and that was the last. The incident happened on 25th of this month. Last night she said that a small amount of brown substance did came out when she went to urinate.

So can the precum contain sperm? Can that pass from her mouth to mine during the kiss and than to my finger and finally to her private part? Can all this lead to pregnancy?

I know I myg sound dumb or mad. But I care for her and our relationship. I don't want to ruin her life.

I am expecting a detailed reason for yes and no to my question. Also suggestions are welcomed on how can we go about oral sex without the risk of her getting pregnant.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is not possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Thank you for a detailed history.
Precum might contain sperm but without penetration and ejaculation, pregnancy is not possible. You did not have vaginal sex, so there was no penetration. There was no ejaculation either. Precum from an oral sex only cannot cause pregnancy for all practical purposes.
I do respect your care for your girlfriend but I can assure you that pregnancy is not possible from the above incident.
Also, you can definitely go for oral sex without the fear of her getting pregnant. Dont worry about it.
And do continue with the treatment for irregular periods.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards.

As I wrote previously, I did fingered her after licking my finger. And that was after we kissed, which in turn was after she sucked my penis (all within 15 mins or so).

I just want to be as sure as possible.

Also it's been 4 days today. Do you think taking a birth control pill will help us to be on the safe side? Also will her doctor(who she is consulting for irregular periods) will come to know about this pill?

We can't take the risk of her doctor knowing about this as she would than tell her parents.

Thanks for your detailed answer. It helped a lot getting my heart beats to normal.

Brief Answer:
You can be sure; pill wont work if taken after 4 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Sorry for late reply.

First of all, you can be sure that no pregnancy will occur. It is impossible to get pregnant by kissing, licking finger and finally fingering. Dont worry.
Also, emergency pills or birth control pills are effective till 72 hours or 3 days. It has already been 4 days, hence it wont be useful.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thank you doctor for your help and support. One last thing. She informed me that some sort of brown substance comes out instead of blood. Is this normal? As I said earlier she is on medicines(Homeopathy) for her irregular and lengthy periods.

If this is normal than is this brown substance dried blood? Do we need to be worried about it?

Thank you once again. Thanks a lot.

Brief Answer:
Yes this is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The brown substance is dried blood.
When the vaginal discharge contains blood which has dried up, the colour becomes brown. It can come out few days after periods.
If it is present regularly and is associated with abdominal cramping pain and other symptoms, you should contact a gynaecologist. Otherwise, no need to worry.
And for the irregular periods, as a doctor doing allopathic practice, I do not know much about the homeopathic treatment she is getting. You can consult your treating doctor for that.

Hope this was helpful.
Regards.
