Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?
Not likely to be pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The chances of pregnancy with precum that too outside the vagina are less. The contact with vagina was also very less. The back pain that you are having is suggestive of impending periods. Anxiety and stress can also cause a delay in the periods. Just relax. Your periods are likely to start on their own in next 3-4 days. In case these do not start till 30th then do a pregnancy test to find out the status.

After 12 days of sex, you can rely on the test result.
Detailed Answer:
If you had sex more than 12 days ago from the date of the test then you can depend on the test. The chances of pregnancy are very less in your case. The delay in periods is likely to be due to stress.

Ectopic pregnancy is ruled out in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Since your periods have started and the pregnancy test is negative, the ectopic pregnancy is ruled out. For ectopic pregnancy there has to be at least a weakly positive pregnancy test.
To completely rule out ectopic pregnancy you can get your serum beta HCG levels evaluated. If these also come as undetectable then all kinds of pregnancy is absolutely ruled out.
Surgery is only needed once it is confirmed with blood test and ultrasound scan that there is ectopic pregnancy. The cost of procedure and duration of stay depends on the complications associated and chances of rupture. This needs a direct patient evaluation. Usually 3-4 days stay is sufficient.
