Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pregnancy is not possible if you are using effective barrier contraception (condoms). Failure occurs if there is leakage, or the condom tears.
I will suggest your girlfriend to wait for her periods, if delayed, then get a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
Nausea and vomiting can be due to many causes apart from pregnancy like gastroenteritis or liver disease.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
