Question: My girlfriend and I had sex on the second day of her period (18 jan) and the condom slipped off.. I didn't ejaculate inside her, but stopped immediately. She had an I pill within 3 hours also. She is now in another country with completely different time zones and climate.
Her periods were due on the 16th, but no sign of them yet. She was having clear discharge at first and then white now. We are freaking out could it be a pregnancy?

She is in another country, hence a urine stick is not an option. Can you tell us what signs we should look out for to detect pregnancy.
She is having bouts of pain in the breasts which comes and goes.
Usually she has signs like pimples on the forehead and back pain before periods, but nothing of that sort this time. Only a few pimples noticed. Also, she is facing constipation and loss of appetite. Could that be attributed to tension or any other signs. Her weight has come down a bit too.
Also she was getting clear stretchy vaginal discharge a few days back which them became pure white and non stretchy.
Would also like to know what are the chances of getting pregnant if pre cum or cum comes in contact with her vagina during periods.

The urine stick test is accurate when done at least 15 days after probable last unprotected sexual intercourse. If she is in a different country even then doing the test is the easiest method to know if shes is having a pregnancy and this test can be done in the privacy of her home.
The symptoms described above are not specific for pregnancy and she must be in tension and that is partly causing her breast pain, constipation and loss of appetite. Her weight reduction might be because of going to a new place and not eating properly.
The vaginal discharge being sticky is not significant for pregnancy.
Though sex during periods usually will not cause a pregnancy, in 1 to 2 percent of people pregnancy can occur during periods if she has unprotected sex or deposition of semen or pre ejaculatory fluid in the vagina.
It is best to swallow iPill within 4 hours and it starts working immediately after taking it.
