Brief Answer:
Better to get Laparoscopic Myomectomy done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Fibroid is pretty big in size. This is likely to make it difficult for you to conceive and increase chance of miscarriage.

This is also reason for heavy and painful periods.

I suggest you get Laparoscopic removal of fibroid (myomectomy) which will solve these problems.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Thank you for your answer.

I don't have any issue to go for removal.

1)But if we remove that, is there any chance to disturb the uterus shape?
2)What are the chances of getting pregnancy after removal? ( I attach the report for your reference to find the location of fibroid.)
3) Any chance to get pregnancy with IVF with out removal?
4) Don't mind where exactly fibroid exists in my case?
