Question : I am 29yrs old.10months back I got married I am trying for baby, but I am having pcos in both the ovaries &usg shows dermoid cyst in right ovary i.e 5mm in size.I had done fertility profile all reports were fine. my doctor prescribed ovaforce bd, xenosoul od and tab.devery .my weight also keep on increasing .I need suggestions .

Thanks for the query to hcm,
With a dermoid cyst of 5mm in right ovary , ideally you should opt for laparoscopic removal of the dermoid first and then plan further for pregnancy.
As such as you have been prescribed deviry tab, which is a low dose oc pill, your doctor is not planning for a immediate ovulation induction cycle. So best would be to get the dermoid removed and continue deviry for at least 3 months and then plan for pregnancy.
