Yes, if she can get pregnant even when she is feeding.. Get a preganancy test.

First I would like to know whether you have confirmed the pregnancy with urine pregnancy test.. If not, get a pregnancy test..
You can get a medical abortion done if the period of pregnancy is less than 7 weeks.. So get a scan done to see for intrauterine pregnancy.. If its less than 7 weeks, medicines are available to abort the pregnancy.. but it should be taken only under the direct supervision of a gynaecologist..

its within 7 weeks only.. actually her periods date 18th of this month just 2days hapen now.. so we had a doubt coz of missing date...
we tested with pregnancy tester today morning its showing nothing.. so we need to wait for some days to get periods or is there any other solution becoz its an early days so that y I'm asking

If early morning urine sample shows negative result, may be you can wait for 1 more week.. But to confirm pregnancy, there a blood test available B hcg which detects pregnancy prior to urine pregnancy test..
Or else you can wait for 1 week to get spontaneous periods..
