Brief Answer:
Pregnancy chances are remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

After taking the pill for a month ovulation can happen in next cycle. The time of ovulation varies from day 12-18 of the cycle if you have regular 28-day cycles. The periods can be delayed in the next cycle. Chances of pregnancy with pre-cum is rare on day 23.

Do wait for your periods for a week and then repeat the pregnancy test.

Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
