Question : Hi there,

I have had sex 4 times with a girl, 3 times last Wednesday and once on Sunday that I have known for a few weeks now but with no condom and I have not ejaculated in her at all. She is on the pill and is clean I am concerned about the chances of pregnancy with her, do I have anything to be concerned about in regards to pregnancy?. I am relatively new to all of this and I am cursing myself now for not using protection which I absolutely will be using everytime from now onwards. Thank you very much for your time

CHANCE OF PREGNANCY IS < 1% ON REGULAR PILL.

Thanks for writing to us.

If she is on REGULAR COMBINED CONTRACEPTIVE pill and takes on scheduled time, then chance of pregnancy is extremely LOW (less than 1%). Condom will give additional protection.

Withdrawal method has HIGH failure rate (around 15-27%) WITHOUT using any type of contraception.

In this case, I suggest her to wait for next coming period and if it is missed, she must undergo one home pregnancy test to clear doubt about pregnancy.
