Question : Ive got this mole on my hand and im sure ive never noticed it before is it possible its new or could be ive just nottived before

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is definitely a mole.
Moles can occur at any time in the life of an individual.
It can be a new mole but it is looking absolutely fine.
