Brief Answer:
Chest x ray, signs and symptoms stated

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Lung cancer can present with shortness of breath , cough ( most common symptom at the time of diagnosis ), weight loss, hemoptysis, chest wall pain, hoarseness etc. You can ask your doctor to examine you and if the need be then advise a chest x ray to look for any suspicious pulmonary nodules. If absent then no further workup would be required. If present then further evaluation would depend upon the size , growth , margins etc of the nodule/ nodules.

Let me know if you have any query

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
