Question : I am taking propranolol for 15 years. Started with 20 mg but now I am taking 360 mg daily. Is it safe?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Propranolol is safe if used by advice of doctor and not exceeded than 640 mg in a day. However maintenance dose should be targeted at 160 mg a day. If you have a problem with uncontrolled blood pressure, you can add a medication to that instead of increasing the dose any further.
