Brief Answer:
Shouldn't be a problem.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

However superficial blood vessels, should be veins in your case, are no indicator of any brain injury, and their being visible is not a worrying sign unless accompanied by other symptoms such as pain and tenderness on palpation of the vessel.
At times there can be some bleeding under the skin which creates a dark patch under your skin, not worrying either.

Signs to look for after a fall, especially in the first 24 hours would be intense or progressive headache, vomiting, changes in behavior, weakness in the limbs, visual field, balance or coordination issue, seizures. Those might indicate brain injury and prompt for immediate evaluation.

I hope to have been of help.
