Thanks for your query,
Prostate Massage is a procedure to relieve congestion of prostate and discharge prostatic secretions whenever there is chronic infection of prostate (Chronic infection of Prostate ).

Since enlarged prostate is a disease due to development of benign tumor (Adenoma) in the prostate massaging prostate does not have positive effect on reducing obstructive voiding symptoms neither it does not reduce the size of the adenoma.
