Brief Answer:
Cardiac meds needs to be adjusted

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you of your husband, I understand your concern. Am Dr Bhanu partap and I am a cardiology practitioner. I will try to guide you in a simple way.

Until unless pulse rate goes below 45 bpm in a awake person there is nothing to worry about. However ad you are telling that he is feeling tired all time that could be because of this cardiac medicines as after a heart attack sone cardiac meds needs to be prescribed to reduce the fluid volume load from the body by increasing urine formation. These drugs also causes electrolyte loss from the body along with water due to which person can feel fatigued all times. His lower heart rate can be due the beta blockers which he must be on. I would like to suggest you to personally consult your cardiologist once for proper evaluation as your husband meds needs to be adjusted in term s of dosage.

Also few test needs to be done like an Echocardiography if not done recently, serum electrolytes levels and an EKG.

I hope this information will be helpful. If you have any more doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish him good health

Kind Regards
