Brief Answer:
Need more information for further comments.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I have seen the attached report.

Normally, pus cells could be seen up to 10 but more than that (18-20 here) could be suggestive of urinary tract infection or urine collected in non-sterile urine container if there is no abnormality.

So,before going into further discussion, let me know,

Do you have a burning urination or pain during urination?
Do you have fever or lower abdominal pain?
Or have taken treatment recently for Urinary infection?

Kindly get back to me with these answers,I will give my opinion after that.

Awaiting response.
