Brief Answer:
Possibility of lung infection is more likely.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Greenish color phlegm is suggestive of lung infection mostly bacterial.
And lung cancer patients are more prone for lung infections because of chemoradiothetapy and poor lung immunity.
So please let me know
1. Do you have fever?
2. Are you taking chemoradiothetapy drugs?
