Red watery eye is a sign of people with excessive alcohol intake (although there are people without excessive alcohol intake having red watery eye). Some people with excessive intake of alcohol have liver damage (even liver cirrhosis). Consequently,to have red watery eye can be a suspected sign of liver damage, but many people with watery eye dont have liver damage. I Hope I have answered your query.
