Question : Hello. A scab fell off my skin today, where a skin tag was frozen off a week ago. The area where the scab was is now slighlty red. Is this normal?

It would be easier of you could post a photo of it.
But, redness is expected after scab fall and it will heal in several days and redness will subside. You can apply so called dermazine cream or mild steroid creambut it is only important ti keep it clean and avoid scratching. Wish you good health. Regards

Should I put a bandaid? Should I apply antibiotic cream like Polysporin or Fucidin?

Hi. YOu can apply antibiotic cream but it is better not to put bandaid since it may cause moisture environment around wound that can promote bacterial growth

Thank you. I will not put bandage. For the antibiotic cream, is it really necessary or can I leave the area alone?
