Question : I did coke last night and my resting heart beat is 100

This is not concerning if there is no chest pain, dizziness, or breathing difficultires. In case of these symptoms you should see doctor right away or visit your nearest ER. Otherwise you should rest, avoid drugs, coffee and alcohol from now on and eat easier food and drink more fluids.

If this persist for more than 2 days then see a cardiologist.
