Brief Answer:
Good recovery is posible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your son's symptoms, diagnosis and treatment plans.

I would like to reassure you that with treatment and physiotherapy, good recovery is possible. 100% recovery may not happen, but 80-90% recovery is possible.

Recovery is slow and it may take 6-9 months or even longer in some cases. The injured nerve regenerates and grows at a rate of 1 mm per day.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
