Question: How is it that some web sites can offer prescription drugs for sale without a prescription? Would that not be illegal?

In the USA is it legal to purchase prescription drugs without a prescription if the amount does purchased does not exceed a 90 day supply and the buyer is under the care of a doctor. The drug web sites are saying that this is in fact the law. Can you tell me if this is true?

If you are on prescription medication and present a old prescription for a refill, only then the above policy apply. This could be in case your doctor is not available to update the prescription or issue a new one. This happens only in pharmacies but not online.

Prescription medications sold online without a genuine signature prescription could be fake.
