Question : I usually masturbate too much like once in 2 days since 7 years. I am 25 years now. If i don't mastrubate for more than 2 to 3 days sperms will come automatically.

Is this a problem?? or In future it may be a problem if we masturbate too much at my age...like decrease in sperm count after age :30 .

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

First of all I want to clarify about the masturbation.

Masturbation is natural and normal thing. It is done by 95% of the males in the world, mostly before marriage as well as when wife is away, in menses or pregnant after marriage. It is not at all harmful. Frequency of masturbation done by an individual varies from once a day to once a week. It depends upon individual libido, wish and timing. It neither causes any weakness nor any problem in sexual activity.

Considering this aspect your frequency is absolutely within normal limit.

When you stop masturbation during regular habit, there is excess semen accumulation in seminal vesicles. When production rate exceeds capacity of storage of seminal vesicles, stored semen has to come out to give space to newly produced semen. So it comes out automatically. This suggests that your genital organs are working perfectly normal.
