Question : I m 28 years old man..working in a bank..i am facing sperm leakage for the past three weeks..pls help me out..is this curable or not..i m facing weakness

By sperm leakage do you mean that you ejaculate sperms earlier than desired or do you have frequent night discharges or something else?
Are you married? What is your sexual history like? Sometimes too frequent masturbation can lead to such problems. please tell me answers to above questions to be able to understand your problem better.

Sir I m unmarried..nd sperm is leaking after urination nd its always wet there...i was doing excessive masterbate in school days. But soon I felt weekness then left masterbating..but developed night fall with bad dreams which goes on for three to four years nd it all stopped when I completed college...but after college life i remained away frm sex till last year when I met with a girl..when I did sex with her then I realised that I come too soon..i mean within seconds and my penis was not erect that much...i was completely disappointed..since before that I never did sex with a girl..i started eating taking Viagra nd zandu vigorex..nd I was not doing sex regularly...but the main problem arises when I did sex in Feb..since then there is itching in my front part of penis and a whitish liquid is coming out of my penis throughout the day...I felt pain in nerves of penis sometimes...even when I talk to my gf now that liquid just comes out...pls help sir

Thanks for your reply. I can understand your concern. Do not worry, you will be find.
What I need to know is that whether you are still on the Viagra and other medicine you mentioned. I suggest you stop them.
The sperm leakage you mention is actually seecretion of a solution called pre-cum which is a normal response to sexual excitement by all males. Do not worry about that. It does not contain any sperms and does not lead to any weakness.
As for the premature ejaculation I usually prescribe a Himalya drugs product called Confido which should be taken for three months and gives good benefit.
Also I needed to know how was Viagra for you? Did you feel any relief with it?
Do not be afraid about performance. You are doing fine and always be confident and you will be fine. Please have faith in yourself and don't feel you are weak.

Thanks a lot sir ....u don't know how much ur words hav helped me mentally..this liquid was not coming earlier...earlier It comes only before sex..but now it comes anytime...i mean when I m not even thinking about it..so I m really very worried about this..nd Viagra didn't done well..it gives me a good erection but I cant stay long ...so after first ejaculation I randomly do second time...nd second time I stay long.nd I also feel satisfied..bt last time in Feb I did three times continuously..so frm that day this problem arises...and sir one more thing how to take This medicine...himalya confido nd how many times..with milk or with water..sir I will get cured or not..I am also preparing for upsc and I was doing good but from Feb everything has changed..my studies have completely stopped...felt like I m a nobody
