my penis is so itchy. last night I had sex with a girl.After the sex, i used her pH balanced wipes to clean my penis. But today, she told that she has genital warts. is this symptom because of the wipes or the warts?

Your genital itch is probably due to allergic reaction to the wipe.
It's not due to warts.
Human papilloma virus which causes warts usually takes 15 to 20 days to show its effect.
It does not causes immediate itch.
Just relax .
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for 5 days also take an antihistamine tablet.
