Brief Answer:
Can be due to renal stone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the lower part of pelvis can be due to a renal stone. If the pain is radiating to the leg with some tingling and numbness in the area then it can be due to a prolapsed disc.
If you can bear your weight on the leg and can walk then any bone injury is less likely. It is best to get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to find pout the cause.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
OTC anti spasmodic can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If you can tolerate the pain then you can try an over the counter anti spasmodic. Increase the fluid intake. Have some fresh cranberry juice and see if it helps. In case the pain persists then do attend an ER.
Hope my answer is helpful.
