Can be calcium or vitamin d3 deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
At 30 weeks of pregnancy, the pain in collarbone and lower chest can be related to a low levels of calcium or vitamin D3 or due to gastritis. She can start with regular calcium and vitamin D3 supplements and antacids after meals for relief. She can also have a mild pain killer like Tylenol in case the pain is persistent.
If the pain increases then do consult her gynecologist for a direct examination and stronger prescription medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
