Brief Answer:
Less likely to be related to cancer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in the heel that you have is not related to the lymph node swelling that you have noticed. The pain in heel can be due to plantar fasciitis which will subside with mild pain killers and regular massage.
The swelling in the groin needs to be examined to find out if ti is related to hernia or not. Investigations like FNAC will help in ruling out any cancer.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
