Brief Answer:
It is best to avoid having sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Usually having sex once or twice after fertilization of the egg does not cause any problem if there is no previous history of miscarriage or it is not an assisted conception with IVF or IUI.
In case this is your first pregnancy then it is best to avoid having sex after conception to avoid any problems in implantation. The implantation happens 7-10 days after intercourse. So, it is difficult to get a positive pregnancy test at the time of implantation.

Thanks a lot doctor. Further to this i have few more queries.
I am planning for a baby. My period cycle is 28 days. I got my periods on 1st of this month. Assuming that i might have ovulated on 14th of this month since it happened so in my previous month and egg might have got fertilized after that. I had sex on 14th day, 16th day and 19th early morning. On 19th, while having sex i initially experienced little pain in my vagina and breasts while handling them. Next, on that whole day i had stomach pain and lower back pain from evening till night. And at night while i passed urine i could see few drops of blood in it but there was no pain or burning sensation in my vagina. I don't know the reason behind all these things. Stomach pain might be due to gastic. At night, due to some reason arguments got heated up with my partner and we quarreled but didn't harm physically to either stomach or vagina. But was tensed and angry.
Next day morning i just had gastic problem.

So what is the inference? is it that my egg has got fertilized and implantation had started so few droplets of blood passed out in urine? No other problems right? I am very much worried please help.

I had sex on 8th and 10th day too. So expecting that egg might have got fertilized.

Brief Answer:
Bleeding is not due to implantation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If you ovulated on 14th, implantation on 19th is not likely. The mild spotting that you had may be due to a vigorous sexual activity. Or a urinary infection needs to be ruled out after a urine examination if the bleeding is recurrent.
Now that there is no bleeding it is best to just wait for your periods. In case these are overdue then get a urine test done to find out the status of pregnancy. The tenderness of breasts on 19th can be due to hormonal changes associated with ovulation also.
It is right now too early to have any symptoms related to pregnancy.
Hope my answer is helpful.
