Brief Answer:
No effect

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Intercourse is safe in all the trimesters of pregnancy, provided there is no placental and vaginal complications like placenta previa, vaginal infection etc.

It is unlikely to induce uterine contractions and has no effect on uterine activity.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
