Question: Is shakeology safe to drink while breastfeeding? I'm 29 and my 21 month old still nurses only at night. I'm trying to wean him but if like to start these shakes by beach body now.

Weight loss supplements are strongly not recommended during breast feeding period. It not only devoids your child of nutrients but also harms you by causing Vitamin and nutritional deficiency. Please do not take them until you are breastfeeding your child
