Brief Answer:
should not be from cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
If you are using a standard antifungal medication for yeast (thrush cream) then it should not cause your foreskin to crack. Please stop the cream that you are using and see if the problem resolves. Try using another antifungal cream. It is possible that you are having an allergic reaction to the Thrush cream that you are using. If this is not resolving see a doctor as soon as possible.

Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
This really should not be happening. Make sure you keep some sort of lotion on the outside of the foreskin and pull it back several times a day to help stretch it out. See a doctor soon if this persists.

Brief Answer:
dehydration, allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question.
You could have had an allergic reaction to the cream. You could be very dehydrated so make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Also there may be some sort of skin condition going on in your foreskin like a dermatitis or other skin condition. You need to see a doctor and have it examined as soon as possible. You need a firm diagnosis before you can get adequate treatment. In the mean time use lotion on the outside and keep stretching the foreskin to get it back to normal.
It is very important that you see a doctor for an exam.
