Hello,

I have gone through the ECG report attached by you and I would like to tell you that it’s sinus rhythm with RBBB pattern.

Now this can be a normal variation in many individuals but if the patient has other symptoms like breathing difficulties or chest discomfort or associated issues like diabetes or family history of heart disease then I would like to recommend to get an echo or a stress test done for proper evaluation.
