Question : Last day I was tested ecg, in ecg sinus rhythm, abnormality st&t wave, but doctor said minor changes, along test 2D echo heart chambers are normal, but I am worried about it

                                    Brief Answer:
If echo is normal then you can relax
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The combination of findings is qt interval of 0.47 s and non-specific stt changes. Both are seen together in some medicine side effect or some tension on heart e.g due to heart attack, low oxygen to heart, low glucose to heart etc.
If these conditions are absent, then it must be considered as normal variant. Since you do not have any such symptoms of chest pain, I would ignore the findings and guide you to healthy lifestyle.
If you are still worried about it then you can go for treadmill test. That will rule out any possibility of heart attack (myocardial infarction).
Hope this helps. Feel free to write back.
