Question : Hello, I received a cut on the head of my penis two weeks ago. it was not scabbing or anything but you could see there was a small cut. a week passed and it appears skin grew over the cut making it oddly shaped. Will this skin go back down?

There is nothing to worry.
After the lesion heals there will be remodeling and the head of the penis would regain its former state. You should give it sufficient time to heal and should not traumatise or interfere with the healing process.
