Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/27 - diagnosed as abdominal tuberculosis - still under treatment since 18 May 2015 - wants to know whether he can smoke now....

From this short history I can understand that you have not smoked since long; if not please do not start again. You are young and if you could control till now, do not do the mistake of starting smoking at all.

The reasons being:
TB is taken as the disease of the whole body including the lungs. Smoking causes the small blood vessels to shrink and hence reducing the blood supply and hence the dose of medicines delivered at the diseased are.
Nicotine has direct action on intestines, which are already recovering from TB.
Hence the Abdominal TB patients should never smoke.

Yeah ty but i already started smoking along with the treatment since 1 month or less.. and also drinking alcohol since 2 weeks 1 beer/ week..what shud i do now.. shud i stop or reduce..
