Question : My 26 month old daughter has enlarged adenoids. Is steam inhalation is good for her?

If I were her treating Doctor for this case , I would advice her
Steam inhalation twice daily ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
continue Nasonex spray .

She will get relief .

I am using Nasonex from last 45 days but now she again started snoring a lil bit
