Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dementia can be age related or due to some secondary causes.
Vitamin B 12 deficiency, hypothyroidism, depression, liver disease, renal disease related dementia can be reversed to much extent.
There are many drugs available for alzheimers dementia like donepizil, memantine or rivastigmine.
Stem cell therapy is not yet recommended form of therapy and results are not much promising.
Proper neurologist follow up, drugs and behavioural therapy can help a lot.
