Brief Answer:
Stent is more preferable in my opinion.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your angiologist doctor can do a more accurate evaluation of situation based on the position of arteries and overall health state of you, taking count of other diseases you may be suffering.

In my opinion stent is more preferable.
Stent angioplasty is minimally invasive percutaneous approach for lower extremity revascularization, most widely accepted endovascular option.

Bypass surgery is invasive, with long incisions in the lower extremities and requires general or regional anesthesia.
The stent method has less general complications.
According to evidence base patients of stent have required less re intervention in proceeding years than bypass.

Hope I have answered the question.
