Is Stiffness And Heavy Feeling In The Neck, Shoulders, And Upper Back Due To Stress And Tension?

Question: Hi there!
Some days awake up with or develop a headache that mostly sits around my temples and eyes... it aches/is annoying when im resting but when I bend over or tense my muscles or anything.. it gets worse and can be sharp and stabbing... and like a pain that runs up from my ear to my temple...
it doesn't often feel like it's on both sides but, it does switch sides... and my neck/shoulder/upper back usually feels like its solid like concrete.
Is that tension/stress? I'm pretty chronically stressed and have some depression/anxiety that lingers.
