Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As a cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, related to your symptoms.

The fact that the chest pain was triggered by body movement, is a strong argument in favor of a musculoskeletal pain.

So, I would conclude that the pain is probably related to the costochondritis.

For this reason, I would just recommend taking Tylenol and try to relax.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need! Wishing all the best.
