Brief Answer:

Detail below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through your query and report and your health concern,

The menstrual cycle consists of two phases. The first phase, under the influence of estrogen, is a proliferative phase. In other words, estrogen stimulates the endometrium to grow and thicken.

During the proliferative or follicular phase (4th to 14th day) the secretion of estrogen through the growing ovarian follicle is responsible for the proliferation of the endometrium (intensive mitosis in the glandular epithelium and in the stroma).

In this phase, tubular glands with columnar cells and surrounding dense stroma are proliferating to build up the endometrium following shedding with previous menstruation.

It is normal report.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.

Regards,
