Question : Dear Sir,
Before six months we have done USG of my wife and reports came Cholelithiasis in Gall bladder with very small sizes. So can we avoid surgery and go for any medicine?
can we take some more time upto 1 yr for surgery? Because we have a small kid.

- clinical severity , symptoms concerned .
- pathology burden according to reports .
- any other associated ailment contributing .
*In case of mild to moderate symptoms obviously one can take medications for
sometime to take the surgery at convenience.
*In certain cases where there are moribund symptoms , threat of blocking
biliary passage, failure of all conservative measures - only early surgery
required.
*So dear kindly give me necessary details herewith to focus more for it :
- symptoms presently she is having with duration ,frequency details .
- USG report as an attachment .
- current medicines if any .
