Dear Dr.

Thank you for your revert

Since there is minor tear in ACL - what the Dr is advising is that he might as well have to do ACL restructuring if found not repairable.

Can the surgery be avoided - by doing some ayurvedic teartment.
IF surgery is not done? What will be the repercussion?

MY question
How good is the surgery?
Post surgery will I be back in my previous shape again?

Brief Answer:
YES

Detailed Answer:
Can the surgery be avoided - by doing some ayurvedic teartment. -- NO THERE IS NO AYURVEDIC TREATMENT FOR LIGAMENT TEAR, BETTER TO GO FOR SURGERY

IF surgery is not done? What will be the repercussion? -- WITH OUT SURGERY, YOU CANNOT WALK OR DO SPECIFIC MOVEMENT, DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO CONTINUE SPORTS

How good is the surgery? -- IT HAS VERY GOOD RESULTS PROVIDED IT IS DONE BY EXPERT

Post surgery will I be back in my previous shape again? YES, AFTER 2-3 MONTHS OF PHYSIOTHERAPY
