I have extrarenal pelvics on my left. Will this need surgery? Please help.

* Guidelines at present

- drink more liquids to maintain hydration.
- continue current medicine.
- keep ambulatory with walking.

Currently, i am taking gushout -450. Also, i dont feel of passing urine. Only by pressure i could pass urine. Any medine required for this. Please help.
