I have discomfort on my left body. Something swallowed feeling as moving on left. Having ach on left back & below left chest. CT scan report:

alarming sign to worry for surgery at present.
* Guidelines at present
- drink more liquids to maintain hydration.
- continue current medicine.
- keep ambulatory with walking.
- avoid excess pressure over left loin at present.
- do not panic for surgery at all.

Currently, i am taking gushout -450. Also, i dont feel of passing urine. Only by pressure i could pass urine. Any medine required for this. Please help.
