uterus detail :
Enlarged in size : 11.2 * 6.8*5.8cm. Multiple small intramural myomas are noted in anterior wall, Largest measuring 19*15mm. Endometrial thickness measure 6.9mm
My Sister has heavy bleeding problem . She is getting tired. Kindly suggest if she has to follow any medication or she has to go for uterus removal surgery.
