Brief Answer:
There is usually no medicine to get rid of such nodules.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank for writing to Health Care Magic ,

I am Dr Muhammad Ahmad and I will help you with your health care issues,
I have read your question closely and understand your concern.

Dear me , such nodules with negative biopsy are usually benign tumor, they usually don't cause any long term health problems , but they can cause issues if they are pressing upon any structure or releasing any hormone . Sometimes they are causing cosmetic concerns, in all these cases doctors recommend their removal surgically.

No there is no way to control them with medication surgery is usually the choice in them . Yes you can discuss one thing with your doctor , if you need the surgery for sure or it will do fine if you dont get one?

As your doctor knows your case so he can suggest you better in this regard. According to the information I have , in my opinion you should consider getting the surgery though i believe it wont be dangerous if its not at an unwanted place or not pressing apon any structure but still getting rid of such nodules is better .

I wish you the best of health.
And welcome further questions if any.

Regards .

Dr.Ahmad
