Is Sustained Erection Till 72 Hours Post Intake Of Tadalafil Normal?
Question: It's said tadalafil tablet for ED can work for 36 hours but in my case it's working even after 72 hours. I took only a small dose of 5mg to test and my penis erection is possible even today after four days passed. I didn't have sex, I tried this by masturbation. Is this ok or any abnormal or side effects are there. Please clarify. Thanks

You're advised not to masturbate or have sex, unless you see an Urologist.
Your sustained erection,is likely to be due to priapism, which may require a minor surgical treatment, by an Urologist.

Please clarify once again. My problem is not that my penis erection continue for such a long time but only when I tried to arouse it. Before taking medicine my penis erection couldn't be so hard but after taking medicine it's still possible to get erected. And what are other symptoms of priaspism, I want to know. I am having a slight fever too. Thank you, Doctor.
